Pusat Kecemerlangan Sukan Cochrane is a new MSSMKL’s excellence sport centre. Recently, a MSSMKL chess clinic was being held in Pusat Kecemerlangan Sukan Cochrane from 15th to 16th November, 2006. The training was aimed for intermediate chess players, with 24 participants.
The selection of the participants based from their current results in out season chess festivals (kejohanan catur luar musim). They were taught endgame theory, tactical and opening by MSSMKL coaches, Mr. Abd Ur-Rahman and Mr. Shamsuddin. Below are the photos and video clip related to the course.
